LONG SON HILLTOP PAGODA:
On the northern edge of the inner city is a huge Buddha statue
seated on a hilltop. The statue looks down on a major pagoda
called Long Son, first built at the end of the 19th century and
rebuilt in 1940.
PASTEUR INSTITUTE AND YERSIN MUSEUM:
Here you will learn more about the life of a remarkable French
born explorer and adventurer who came to Vietnam in 1889
after working under Louis Pasteur in Paris. The Institute
coordinates vaccination and hygiene programs for the country’
s southern coastal region and carries out research.
THE NGUYEN DYNASTY TOMB:
10 km north of Nha Trang stands the ruined citadel of Dien
Khanh, built by emperor Nguyen Anh, the founder of the
Nguyen dynasty (1802-1945).
BA HO SPRING:
25 km from Nha Trang, the spring’s source is the
peak of Hon Son Mountain (altitude 660metres). The
spring flows from the mountain to the sea creating
three lakes along the way. The landscape is
breathtaking.

PO NAGAR CHAM TOWER (12th century):
The Cham Tower of Po Nagar, also known as Thap Ba, was
built between the 8th and 13th centuries on Cu Lao Island to
honor the Cham goddess Po Inn Negara, or Po Nagar.
HON CHONG PROMONTORY:
Hon Chong (Husband Mount) is located in a small
crescent-shaped bay. It is a marble peninsula with massive
rocks laying on top of one another.
MUN ISLAND
Nhatrang has numerous dive sites including Mun
island that has been officially protected under the
support of Danish Government.
